Handforth Grange Primary School Wins Prestigious SEND Provision Award at 2024 Educate Awards

Handforth Grange Primary School is thrilled to announce its recognition as the WINNER of the SEND Provision Award (Mainstream School) at the prestigious 2024 Educate Awards. The ceremony took place on Friday, 15th November, at the iconic Liverpool Cathedral, bringing together leaders in education to honour excellence across the sector.

The SEND Provision Award recognises schools that excel in providing outstanding support for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Mrs. Booth, Head Teacher at Handforth Grange, expressed great pride in the achievement, saying, "Winning the SEND Provision Award at the 2024 Educate Awards is a tremendous honour and a source of immense pride for our entire school community. This award reflects the dedication of our staff, the invaluable support from our families, the Frank Field Education Trust, and, of course, the exceptional pupils who make Handforth Grange so special."

The Educate Awards, now in their 13th year, have become a hallmark of excellence in education, bringing together schools, colleges, and academies from across the North West to celebrate their achievements. The Educate Awards features 21 diverse categories and shines a spotlight on all aspects of education from sports and arts to literacy and the environment.

Handforth Grange's victory highlights the school’s ongoing mission to set the standard for inclusive education, and are committed to continuing to provide an exceptional learning experience for all pupils.
